SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through immolon.com, operated by Immolon LLC (“Immolon LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Orders are processed before shipment and may require additional time for payment verification, production, packaging, personalization, quality control, or fulfillment.
Estimated processing or shipping times, when applicable, may be displayed on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays unless otherwise stated.

Certain products may be manufactured, printed, assembled, personalized, or otherwise prepared after an order is placed.
Made-to-order, custom, personalized, limited-production, or specialty products may require longer processing times than products already in inventory.
Where applicable, estimated processing information will be provided on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout based on factors that may include the destination, product type, package size, weight, fulfillment location, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Available shipping destinations may vary by product.
Some products may be available only within the United States, while others may qualify for international shipping.
If the checkout system does not permit shipping to your location, the applicable product is currently unavailable for shipment to that destination.

Any shipping or delivery dates displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Estimated delivery time generally begins after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Immolon LLC will comply with applicable federal requirements concerning advertised shipment times and delays. Under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, sellers must have a reasonable basis for the shipment timeframe they advertise; if no timeframe is stated, the general rule is shipment within 30 days. If shipment cannot occur within the applicable period, the customer must be given the required opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. 

When tracking information is available, you may receive a shipment confirmation containing a tracking number or other shipment information.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipping label has been created.
The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already taken physical possession of the package.

An order containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one package.
Products may be produced or fulfilled from different locations or become ready for shipment at different times.
If an order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each package.
Additional shipping charges will not be added after checkout solely because we choose to divide an order into multiple shipments.

If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, we will provide notice and any cancellation, revised shipping date, consent, or refund options required by applicable law.
Where required under federal law, if you do not agree to an applicable shipping delay, you may cancel the affected unshipped merchandise and receive a prompt refund.
If we determine that we cannot fulfill an order at all, we may cancel the affected order or item and issue an applicable refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing an order.
If you discover an error, contact contact@immolon.com as soon as possible.
We will attempt to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer may be the responsibility of the customer to the extent permitted by law.

Packages may be returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a package, carrier restrictions, or other delivery issues.
If a package is returned to us or to our fulfillment provider, please contact us to discuss available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment and the original delivery failure resulted from information or circumstances within the customer's control.

If tracking information indicates that a package has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us at contact@immolon.com.
We may ask you to confirm the shipping address and other order details and may open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
Available remedies may depend on the circumstances and may include replacement, reshipment, refund, carrier claim, or another appropriate resolution.

If carrier tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please verify the shipping address, check the delivery location and surrounding area, and contact the carrier where appropriate.
You may also contact us at contact@immolon.com, and we will provide reasonable assistance in reviewing the shipment information.
A carrier’s “delivered” status does not prevent us from reviewing legitimate delivery issues.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order information and photographs of the product, shipping packaging, and shipping label when reasonably possible.
Damaged, defective, and incorrect products are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import restrictions, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Immolon LLC and may be the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered through the website may legally be imported into their destination country.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping of a product to jurisdictions where shipping, importation, sale, or delivery may be prohibited or impractical.
An order may be cancelled if we determine before shipment that it cannot legally or reasonably be delivered to the requested destination.
Any refund associated with such cancellation will be handled according to applicable law and our Refund & Return Policy.

Products identified as Preorder, Backorder, or otherwise not immediately available may have different estimated shipping dates.
The applicable estimate will be displayed when reasonably available.
If a significant delay occurs, we will provide any notices, cancellation opportunities, or refunds required by applicable law.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact contact@immolon.com as quickly as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, personalization, fulfillment, or shipment.

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical merchandise.
Digital products, downloadable content, online publications, consultations, appointments, and other services do not require physical shipping and are governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions and Refund & Return Policy.

Products are shipped using third-party carriers and fulfillment providers.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our fulfillment practices, shipping providers, products, destinations, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with its Last Updated date.
For an existing order, applicable shipping commitments made at the time of purchase remain subject to applicable law.
