Due to the nature of these services, all payments are final. By purchasing any service, you confirm that you understand the nature of the services provided.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at our sole discretion.

Once a service has been purchased, scheduled, initiated, or delivered, it is deemed fully earned and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Tarot and astrology consultations
• Intuitive or spiritual sessions
• Online consultations
• Contractor and staffing coordination services
• Custom or personalized services

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.
